There are no returns. All sales are final. Please see “Shipping” for products damaged during transit.
Orders are generally shipped via USPS First Class, Priority or International Priority Mail. All art is insured. The shipping charge includes packing/handling.
I do ship outside of the U.S., but may need to calculate shipping for you. If you are interested in a specific item please contact me and I will be happy to calculate shipping for you. I do not guarantee items shipped to foreign countries.
When your package arrives, you may have to pay an additional customs fee for which you are responsible. Please understand that we cannot mark “gift” on the customs form as that is illegal. Thank you for your understanding.
If for some reason your product arrives damaged within the United States, please contact me immediately via phone or e-mail so I can make immediate arrangements to send a replacement. The damaged item must be assessed via the shipping company, and returned to me in the original packaging.
I accept payments through PayPal. Missouri residents will be charged an additional % sales tax.
Ordering online is simple, safe and effective. If you prefer not to use the secure online system you may place an order by calling or sending me an email.
Should you need to cancel an order after payment has been submitted but before an item has been shipped, a refund will be granted only when order was paid through PayPal and minus any PayPal fees. Payments made by check or money order will be destroyed.
